The terms that apply when you use the Qwatar rental marketplace.

What Qwatar is
Qwatar is an online marketplace that helps people list items and spaces for rent and helps renters find and contact owners. Qwatar is not the owner, the renter, the agent or a party to any rental agreement, and does not take brokerage from renters.
Your account
You need an account to list an item, save listings or report a problem. Keep your contact details accurate — renters and owners rely on them. You are responsible for what you publish and for the security of your account.
Listing rules
Listings must be for items or spaces you own or are allowed to rent out, with honest photos, prices and terms. Every listing is reviewed by our moderation team. We may reject, suspend or remove a listing that is misleading, illegal, duplicated or unsafe, and we tell you why.
Rent, deposits and payments
Rent, deposits and any other charges are agreed and settled directly between the renter and the owner. Qwatar does not collect, hold or refund payments, and never asks you to pay to unlock a listing or a booking.
Disputes and liability
Inspect what you are renting before you pay, and keep your own record of the agreement. Qwatar provides the platform only and is not responsible for the condition of an item, the conduct of a user, or losses arising from a rental agreed between users.
Who can use Qwatar
You must be 18 or older, and share contact details that actually reach you. Keep one account for yourself, and do not list anything illegal, unsafe or that you are not allowed to rent out. We may suspend or close an account that misuses the platform.
Your content
The photos and details you publish stay yours. By listing them you allow Qwatar to show them in the marketplace, in search results and in link previews while the listing is live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the marketplace changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Qwatar means you accept it.
